FACILITIES

Mill Stone Farm is a new, 35-stall facility located in a picturesque valley near the quaint village of Asbury, New Jersey. The farm is approximately four miles from Interstate 78 and State Route 31. The 35 stalls are split amongst three buildings: a renovated, 9-stall dairy barn with attached office, a five-stall lesson barn with attached shaving storage, and a 21-stall barn connected to the 80' x 180' indoor arena.

Also available to customers are grooming racks, heated wash stalls, a heated tack room/viewing area, trunk storage, and bathroom. The indoor is well lit and has wonderful footing that is maintained regularly. Show-quality jumps are used in the design of grids and courses that are integrated into the lesson/training program.

Surrounding the barns are wood-fenced grass paddocks/pastures. The 135' x 275' outdoor arena sits on the hill overlooking the farm buildings. The arena has a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It has all-weather footing that is maintained on a routine basis. For conditioning or pleasure, there is an outdoor training field that has a small outdoor course and riding paths that have been mowed for cross country riding along the picturesque Musconetcong River.
